Asterz Management and Outsourcing Solutions, under the brand name Recruitable, provides recruitment services to client companies. We charge a fee for our services based on the candidate's annual CTC as described below:

- Freshers: 5% of the annual CTC.

- Middle Level (1-5 years experience): 8.33% of the annual CTC.

- Senior Level (above 5 years experience): Custom quotation based on discussion.

3. Payment Terms

- Invoices will be raised 15 days after the candidate's joining date.

- Clients must pay the invoice within 15 days from the invoice date.

4. User Obligations

- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services.

- You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Asterz Management and Outsourcing Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Asterz Management and Outsourcing Solutions will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
